Heidi spent over five years as the development director for a large non-profit organization and has also served as director of client relations for a large boutique accounting firm, where she was responsible for planning national and international events. Heidi brings extensive marketing and business development skills, along with a genuine enthusiasm to client relations. Heidi is still active in several non-profits groups and enjoys spearheading their fundraising efforts.




Alisa Bondurant

Alisa’s 20 years of experience in client relations, business development and project management translates into exceptional customer service for her clients. She has developed a strong working relationship with the local HR community to identify their workforce and training needs and connect them with talent, community resources, federal funding, and networking opportunities. She is a graduate of Leadership Boise, Class of 2011-2013 and was honored as one of Idaho Business Review’s Women of the Year in 2010. Alisa is an active do-gooder and currently serves as the local chapter chair of Dining for Women International. When she is not working, she is with her beautiful and spirited eight-year-old, Katelyn, hiking with her Vizsla, mountain biking or cooking.
